Two Structures

Two ways to participate. Same engine behind both.

You open the books in your name either way. The only variable in the structure is who provides the bankroll. When we provide it, the profit share is weighted toward Closing Edge. When you provide it, you keep the larger share. Either structure can also be configured risk-free (see below). The math, methodology, and operational discipline are identical across both.

Risk-Free Option · Available with either structure

Want a downside guarantee?

Either Structure A or B can be configured risk-free. Closing Edge absorbs the downside; your profit share is smaller in exchange. It's a separate choice from which structure you pick. Just say the word when we talk.
